Amazing customer service! I called for a broken spring around 1p on a Saturday. Jesse arrived within a few hours, and was able to make the repairs in under an hour. His inspection was thorough, and he was very knowledgeable. He left the garage cleaner than when he arrived too. Great experience!

Travis did a great job refurbishing my garage door. He replaced rollers, springs, and the bottom seal. He even programmed the button in my truck to open the garage door! Precision Garage Door performs quality work, has friendly employees, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

I was grateful that I could get a new garage door installed the next day, shocked to see taking the old down and installing new was so fast, and disappointed because there was no courtesy inspection of my Lift-Master motor and chain. I feel like the chain is too loose, but I'm not a garage door "Professional." Spending over three THOUSAND dollars should, in my opinion, afford me just a little reassurance that my WHOLE door lifting system, including the power and chain, is going to operate well into the future.

The technician was pleasant on time and did his work quickly. However, I believe the pricing was rather expensive for the work done. The technician did not leave me an estimate so I called to have one e-mailed to me. After a long wait on hold, I spoke to someone who said they would send me a copy by e-mail. What I received was a copy of the receipt for work we had done in 2011. Please send the correct receipt ASAP. Can't believe the same work cost $400 more this time.
