It begins with the office support staff......pleasant and efficient, and continues with the service technician....also pleasant, efficient, courteous and punctual as well as competent and knowledgeable. I am sorry but I cant remember the young mans name at the moment. :(

I was a little disappointed when I was told the service would cost 59.95 and when the service was completed an additional 29.95 was added for a total 89.90.

We not only provide our customers with the highest quality parts, but we also have the best warranties in the business. Occasionally, a job has excessive labor to correct a situation. When this is the case, we add a nominal labor charge. We will review this invoice and make sure we are staying competitive while providing our customers with this level of service. I got price gouged by $75-$90. Technician added $15 fuel surcharge that was not discussed when service scheduled. Was then charged $100 for a $40 list price part on LiftMaster's website (Amazon had it for $25). And I'm not sure the part was necessary. The garage works, but go some place else.
