Our garage door still sounds “rough,” when we open and close the garage door. All of the original rollers were replaced with nylon rollers. We thought the garage door would operate more smoothly / quietly. No change?

Good afternoon Mr. Tucker. We take all reviews very seriously as they are a good indicator on how our technicians are doing while out in the field. Unfortunately, for this instance I do believe we fell short on your expectations for us as a company. Our technician should have called you at the start of your service time frame since he was running behind to at least give you a heads up on the situation. He should have also let our office know that he was running significantly behind schedule as soon as the start of the next call window had started. We have spoken with the technician about expectations and communication with our customers and reiterated our call ahead procedures. We will also review this with all of our technicians at our weekly, company wide meeting on Thursday to hopefully prevent this situation from happening in the future. I do apologize for the lack of communication and our General Manager will be reaching out to you personally to see what we can do keep you as one of our valued customers.

The technician arrived within the time promised and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced parts that were missing and thoroughly checked the old wall control unit before deciding to install a new replacement. He didn’t sell me anything that I didn’t need or want.
