My garage door was not working. A friend of mine recommended Precision and was pleased with the service with that said, I called and made an appointment. I received a phone call from Mike saying when he would arrive. He explained in detail while assessing the problem and made a few recommendations. I did replace the unit and was delighted at the performance of the garage door opening/closing silently and how gently it touched the ground. Mike also helped me key in the code to my car.
