On Friday, Nov. 7, 2020, I was leaving the house when one of the cables on my garage door snapped. I called another company but was told they could not come out until the following Thursday. I then called Precision Door. The young lady who answered the phone made arrangements for my door to be fixed the next day. Travis fixed my door in short order. He explained everything that needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was on time, polite and worked fast. Needless to say I would recommend Precision Door.

Joe and his co worker (Travis?) were outstanding -- we discussed the issues I saw with the door and opener, Joe gave me a professional run down on the equipment, age and life expectancy which pretty much matched my thoughts. In 90 minutes or less we had a new opener, springs, rollers, gasket and keypad -- the new equipment is terrific, smooth and quiet.

I called during the weekend and received a call back the same day which was surprising and I didn't expect a call until Monday. We scheduled the appointment for Tuesday at 4:00 PM and the tech (Lee) checked in and actually arrived early. The issue was that I had a broken garage door spring which really strains the opener motor. Lee suggested that we replace both springs (2 car garage door) and I agreed. Lee had the job done in about an hour. Everything is working great. I highly recommend this company.... Mike
