had a history of maintenance by Precision and always immediate service that was fast, competent and reasonably priced, so when we had an issue again we called them in. Once again our technician from Precision diagnosed the problem and came up with an innovative fix that saved us money and put us back in business within a few hours.

Chose Precision based on advertised no additional weekend cost. Wow was I wrong. technician was only interested in upselling. He recommended replacing the main steel spring, rollers and a complete overhaul. Says the spring was old and worn. Well FYI it was replaced with in a year. He didn't like my answer and proceeded to tell me that that the reason for the repair was so expensive is he had to use precision parts manufactured only for him. 500$ to replace two cables and drums. Wow I'm in the wrong business. There is no reason to raise pricing for weekend or evening hrs at these prices

Finished repairs in a timely manner and took a nice amount if time to explain how the damage occurred on my garage door and thoroughly explained how and why he did the repairs. Chosen from phone book because of service fee was very reasonable. I called on a Sunday night and they were here at 8:30 the next day. Lee repaired our garage door opener in a timely manner. On a scale of 1-5 it should be a 10 I will recommend your company to any one who has a problems with their opener or door. Thank you for the great service and reasonable price.
