PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF FORT MYERS

Twenty hours before we were to pick-up our children at the airport the garage door spring broke stranding our cars in the garage. I explain the situation to Precision and they assured me the service man would arrive between 4 & 8 PM after we hung up. They arrived at 6 PM and had the door opening before 7 PM. I knew the cost, had a choice of spring types and the approximate time of installation before I agreed. I had previously used them to replace the door rollers. Precision rates a five on a scale 1-5 where five is the best!

Absolutely great response and job. I was having trouble getting other companies to come out expeditiously for a door lifter that was not working at all. Ours an old system, and I was asking for someone to come out equipped both to do a repair to get the door working, and to give me some options and estimates for replacing the system. Their tech was out to our condo within 6 hours of my call -- as promised, and was very knowledgeable. He gave me the alternatives, and it clearly (as I expected) was much the better option to just replace the lifter with a new, and better one. The guy came totally equipped to do that on the spot, and, so, for a good price I wound up with a quiet, wonderful new system within about 70 minutes of the guy first ringing my doorbell. (I also had him replace the worn out rollers while he was here, and lubricate the springs and adjust the tension.) Just terrific service.

The gentleman was very nice and told me what my options were. Then did the job and we were very happy. Would call them again if needed. Got your number from the phone book. Said same day service and it was. Would give it a 5. And Not sure of the gentlemans name but he was very nice and did a very good job.

So far so good. The technician, Josh, was here when I was told he'd get here. He reviewed the garage door and gave me three options. He worked efficiently. The springs & rollers were replaced All and all I am very pleased. My only negative, your ad says same day service and that was not the case. If all your technicians are as pleasant and professional as Josh the business should be successful.

Excellent service! Joe was here nice and early, examined the problem and gave us several options. He took the time to explain the problem and made recommendations was to what to do. At no time did he try to pressure us into doing more than was necessary. He was extremely professional and friendly. As in the past, I will continue to recommend Precision to neighbors. We just bought our house, and of course, the garage door stopped working at 7am. I called early in the morning and a very friendly receptionist answered the phone. She set me up with an appointment that day. Our technician Josh arrived and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes. Our kids watched as josh saved the day.
