Same day and emergency service was the key. My call was answered with courtesy and professionalism. Technician showed up in the next hour and explained very well to me the job to be performed and advised me of some maintenance that could be necessary to be considered in the future. The broken spring was replaced in a very short period of time and preventive maintenance was performed in a professional manner.

I chose Precision because they were most responsive to our needs. Our door opener broke down on Thursday. I called on Friday and we had a well qualified service rep at our door on Saturday by noon. The service man, Joe was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all options, checked on availability and replaced the opener, serviced the door and never tried to up sale or offer any extended over priced contracts.

Had a problem with my garage coming off the track along with a broken cable. I called precision they came out promptly and the two technicians could not have been nicer guys; fair price and perfect service. I will be going to replace the door and opener shortly

5 Star Service!! I was able to get an appointment the day the garage door became inoperable. The technician called and came early, was very efficient diagnosing the problem within one (1) minute, courteous and pleasant. He suggested better wheels for the mechanism that updated and greatly quieted my system. He also helped me with syncing my car. I am very grateful for his kind and thorough assistance.
