Our garage door would not open and after reviewing Angie's List recommendations I decided to call Precision - especially since the company offered a military discount and also had Sunday hours to call and schedule a appointment. A technician, Bryan, came out the next day. Bryan was courteous and professional. He explained my options as far as repairing the opener or having a new opener installed. I decided to have a new opener and keypad installed and he completed the work in little over an hour. When he was done, the garage was spotless and he took explained how the opener worked, how to program the cars to open the garage door and the openers warranty. I highly recommend this company for any needed garage door work

Called for service on Labor Day to address a garage door stuck in down position -- could not get cars out. Scheduler was courteous and professional and technician was here in a couple hours of call. New springs, cables, etc. were required and technician was knowledgeable and capable. Repair was done to my satisfaction, except for minor adjustment to ensure door is down to form a good seal which will be completed tomorrow.

My first encounter with Precision Door was in 12/2013 when I was having trouble with my garage door. I called Precision from searching in the phone book. A tech came out same day and said the door was running "heavy" and also that the rollers were rusted and suggested new ones. I also installed a keypad and all issues were taken care of. Excellent service on all.

Fabulous service!! Our technician, Joe, was extremely efficient and caring with all, from evaluating, explaining our options, and the actual repair. He even came back the next day after suggesting larger springs to handle our door more easily, and he arranged for them to be made in his shop. A wonderful company, and we definitely have felt this way in our past experiences with them. When we called, they were at our home in less than an hour!!!! We certainly were lucky in all regards, but Precision is terrifically attentive and helpful! Wonderful focus on their clients! We wish we could clone them for every type of repair on our house!

Joe P. came to our house on time, looked at our problem, then gave us 3 options. He explained fully how each option would work and gave us the cost. He showed us how the belt had become stripped and how the worn out springs made the belt do all the heavy lifting. After looking at my options, I had him replace the springs and belt. I also had him tie my car's garage door opener to the door. I would definitely call Precision the next time I need help.

I found Precision Garage Door on Angie's List. The rating was an A and now I know why. I called for someone to give me an estimate for repairs. The person I spoke to on the phone, Jessica, was so nice and provided me an appt time for the same day! Then Leigh, the technician, called and was here promptly. What a great person and hard worker. He explained clearly what the issue was and once we finalized the cost, when hard at working on the repairs. Just a all around great experience dealing with Precision. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to friends and family.

I called Precision when our garage door malfunctioned over the Memorial Day weekend and they responded quickly. The technician Joe arrived the next morning and assessed the issue, offered options and performed the work of replacing the springs. rollers, installed a key pad and provided 2 remote openers. Who knew garage doors could be so quiet?? They offer a great warranty and I would highly recommend Precision.

Service rep: Brian, did a superb job right from the start. He informed me that my existing opener needed service, which I knew (it was originally installed during building - 1998), gave me quotes on various options. I wanted a totally new opener. He told me how long it would take, and that is exactly how long it took. The new opener is quiet, he programmed my car's remote, installed a keypad (which I wanted). When finished, He explained all features to my satisfaction. Very happy with the total experience, from the morning call, thru the final installation - all within about 9 hours. Thank you.
