Had problem with garage door opener at my condo. Renter notified us and since we are not in area we just googled for garage door repairs. Your company came up so we contacted you to have someone go to condo to check to see what problem was. Technician (Joe) did inspection, contacted us to let us know the problem and made a few recommendation (but did not force anything on us). After hearing the problems we went ahead had a garage door opener and rollers replaced. Renter was very impressed with how he explained everything and indicated to us (since we were not present) that the garage is now working fine and is very quiet. Per our discussion with the renters we are giving the technician (Joe) the best rating.

I returned from NY to a garage door motor that did not work. I called Precision, the appt was quickly scheduled. I received a e-mail confirming my appt along with the technicians name. Josh arrived as scheduled, estimated that I needed a new motor, and was able to install the new motor without any problem. Neat, clean, efficient, highly recommended.

WOW! I made a late night call on Friday to set an appt on Saturday. Most companies run m-f and you have to wait a week for a weekend service call. Joe arrived on time and well prepared with his fully stocked van. The springs were changed out in no time and the door's other components checked and lubed. Joe is the man, a true asset to Precision Door! Thanks Precision Door!

Your personalized answering service, your prompt scheduling and the courtesy of your technicians were all plus factors. I didn't do the work because I was taken back by the cost. It may well have been a fair price, but I wasn't prepared for the cost. Having owned a business myself, I know that the cheapest price is often not the best value. Your technician explained the difference between your products and your competitors', but I felt he could have been a little more respectful in his explanation. Overall, however, it was a good experience. I'm sorry I couldn't give you the business.

Josh showed up on time, called ahead, just like the scheduler said he would, and completed the repair very quickly and efficiently. He repaired my garage door opener. Was sure they would try to talk me into replacing it! I also went for the new rollers, as he suggested, and now it is SO quiet! Glad I did! They repaired the garage door opener the same day I called!!!

I had a rat in my garage a few days ago that attempted to escape by chewing a large hole in the rubber strip at the base of the garage door. I called Precision from their ad in the Yellow Pages. The technician was excellent --- Well dressed, groomed, pleasant personality, helpful ---I wanted the strip replaced with something a RAT could not get thru or a snake slither underneath --- he explained what was available - I told him to replace the springs as well - he did full service --- the door sounds better than it did when it was new. Excellent workmanship ---- a pleasure to have here doing the work. Would highly recommend this company -- and will call them in the future if I need additional service -- but doubt that I will for quite some time because the tech did such a thorough job. EXCELLENT WORK. VERY PLEASED.

My worst service experience since moving to Florida. Called precision garage door to ask how much it would cost to replace the garage door motor, and was told that someone would be sent to give me an estimate. At no time previously was I told there would be a charge for the estimate, but there was! I was told that this was a "service call" since the estimate did not relate to the door itself. Something of a fine legal point in my mind. The technician then left without reattaching the door.

Showed up an hour after specified window. Quote over the phone was less than half of quote in person and had the audacity to ask for service fee when I declined over priced work. No attempt to remedy situation whatsoever.
