I liked what I read about the company Everyone that I talk to from the very start was very nice and kind. The service tech who first came out and talk to me was very nice he answered all my questions. He didn't pressure me in to any thing I didn't need His name was Alex Wheel or Wheeler. Bernard came out and installed my springs and cables He was also a blessing very nice and kind. Got the job done and made me a very happy customer. Awesome Customer Service.

I am a former customer who was satisfied with door replacement on my home so l felt confident to reccomend them to my elderly mother in law for minor repair work on her door the just needed a new remote. She lives alone and l was not present. She was convinced that she needed repairs that were not necessary. Had l been present these unnecessary repairs would not have happened. I am really disappointed in this company now. I feel they took advantage of an elderly woman. Not sure at this point what will happen next but l definitely won't reccomend this company again.
