Garage door spring broke as Hurricane Ian was approaching. When I called recognizing the timing, Precision scheduled my appointment for the first thing in the morning after the storm. I had general maintenance work done by Precision in 2012 and had a good experience. This time the spring broke in half on the overhead garage door and the cables snapped. Dave Mackay knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it and was done in 45 minutes. Painless! My garage door works great now. The guys always explain what's going on and what to look for in the future, thus taking the mystery out of garage ownership.
