I recently had a door and opener installed for my Father and thought I would get the same led Liftmaster setup. Instead got a super cheap opener and had to pay for the keypad and extra opener for the same price. I'm hoping the door purchased will be the same in a couple of months when it arrives for installation.

Brian was very professional, quoted me the price for 2 replacement belt drive openers. I accepted and he proceeded to install as he carries all that is needed, and checked all other components associated with the doors, pulleys, springs, etc. to make sure all were in working order and to my satisfaction. Telephoned on Sunday, expecting to get voice mail. A live person answered. She was very cheerful, courteous and professional. Set appointment for Monday morning between 8 am and 10 am. Technician called shortly after 8 am stating he was in route to arrive in approximately 15 minutes. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He observed the problem, explained what needed to be done, he cleaned up the work area, replaced items that he had moved to gain access to the side of the door to make the repairs. All work was completed by 11 am. I highly recommend this company.
