I had a garage door installed from your company 5 years ago and when I needed service immediately reached out to you. I just needed to have the bottom seal replaced. Working with your company is very easy and I appreciate the text message on when the Precision Employee would be out and a picture of what the employee would look like. My thanks to Chet Shrader for coming out when he said he would be at my house and his review and recommendations on my garage door. Very well done Chet I have to say I was very surprised on the cost for this service and taken aback a bit. I understand the initial charge to come to the house but to just replace a bottom seal on a garage door and what was charged was much more expensive then what I expected.

It was first time the Precision reps came to my door. Chet Shrader was a very patient, unbelievably courteous and professional. Chet explained to me all about my garage door issues in details I could comprehend. Chet gave to me several options with an estimate. The estimate though was not broken by cost, only total amount was given. The repair was not done as I have to make a decision what option to proceed. My expectations were met. Hope to meet Chet for repairing my garage doors.

Don't call these guys. They have a programmed "service" call that finds multiple BS problems with your garage door. Our opener was fried by a power surge. By the time these sleezeballs were done, they would have had us pay them thousands to fix "issues" they found. And we were charged a "service fee" for their sales pitch.

5 Stars I went on line and your site stood out and you were open. Also BBB rated. I got an appointment for the next morning which was a Saturday. Ed Dombrowski was my Technician. He explained what had happened and showed me the cables that were on the door that had snapped versus the ones he would use which were much better quality. He did a great job! Only took about an hour and no mess. Ed was very kind and professional. I would definately use your Company again and would recommend to a friend!

Precision Door repair person, Josh, called to inquire if he could arrive earlier than originally scheduled. He did so within 20 minutes, which was excellent for us. Josh was professional, helpful, and suggested other needed repairs in a no-pressure manner. I found Precision Garage on line. Their website was professional and they had received many positive reviews. The technician (Wess) showed up on time and was very professional. Due to the fact that a spring had broken the lifting arm had put a slight dent in the top panel causing the door to rub and get stuck even with the new springs. It seemed as if I would be forced to buy not only a new double door but also a single door in order to match. My style was no longer available. Wess made a call to a fellow technician and other options to try were discussed. After changing out one spring for a smaller one the problem was solved. They could have easily told me I needed to buy two garage doors for $1200 and I would have done it. Instead, I WAS TREATED HONESTLY AND FAIRLY! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage to everyone.
