From the moment I contacted them, to the service technician who came to look at the doors, to the order, and instillation top notch customer service, excellent communication. The two men that installed the doors were incredibly neat, did not even know they were there when they finished. I had a problem with my remotes, unrelated to the door service. The gentlemen I spoke to walked me through a reset, and my problem was solved in minutes. I highly recommend this company they have been 100% responsive and professional.

Chose you due to time in service. They gave me a time of 4-8pm window. I prefer daylight time for service due to living alone and I am not a night person. The tech happened to hear the call and decided to try earlier. I went to mow the lawn so did not get the call but he pulled in and noticed it looked like I might be mowing so he came and found me out back. Answered all my questions and taught me how to lubricate the doors. Nice and polite and efficient. I will definitely call the company if anything else I might need for the doors or new opener. The Tech was right on time. Explained all the detail that was a problem due to the age of the garage. We purchased the condo when they first built it back in 1992. My full experience: I placed a request online for a service, and got a call within the hour to make appointment. Liked that. The first appointment needed to be cancelled by the company due to a vehicle issue: notification came early, and service rescheduled for the next day. Liked that, too; good communication. Ed came today, within window and following notification he was on his way, and even before assessing the issue that I had called the service for, noticed other problems (all legitimate), confirmed that these would be covered by the warranty (I had called on the company 4-5times previously); fixed all those, and then dealt with the problem of the opener. Explained the issue, proposed options and completed the job. Extremely friendly person, very professional from start to end, just a pleasure to see work, and take pride in the work being done. No hesitation on the five stars, not a single point to complain about. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my service call today from Precision. I chose that company because I had their sticker in my garage telling me I had used them before and was pleased with their work. Today I needed a replacement for the garage door opener in my car and a replacement for the opener/pad on the outside of the garage. Chet was very thorough in explaining what he could do today for service and what I might consider in the future to preserve my doors or replace them.
