I think Precision overcharges and does not stand behind its work. Precision replaced all the pulleys and cables and less than 2 years later when one of the pulleys went off track, indicated wires were frayed, that wires were only sold in sets of two and they were not covered by warranty. They also pressure sell replacement of garage door motor.
