Malik arrived when he said he would, assembled beautifully, removed all the old doors/hardwares, and was a lovely experience all around. Easy, personal, and pleasant experience from start to finish. Technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explains everything in terms that I understood and showed where problem was. Very pleased with work that was done. Replaced parts on system to include springs/rollers and molding at bottom of door - both doors now work perfectly.

My garage door opener broke on Tuesday . Precision came out early Wednesday morning and repaired it right away. Travis called in the morning to tell me of his arrival time and even showed up early, explained my options clearly, did the repair work and my door is good as new! A very good company to do business with.

Needed a torsion spring replaced on my garage door and received a call from Ricardo about 1 hour before he was set to arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and had the entire issue diagnosed and ready to be fixed within 15 minutes. Ricardo completed the job in about 30 minutes and was courteous the entire time. Would highly recommend Ricardo and Precision for any garage door work!!
