If you are having garage door problems, call Precision ! I had been having trouble with the door not opening with the extreme cold temperatures..I would highly recommend their technician Colton, who came to my rescue the first time when the door was frozen to the ground and who did a thorough inspection and recommended new springs. When I scheduled this service, he and I talked on the phone as he was heading to my house...he asked more questions about the way the door was acting during the cold because he said, he didn't want me to have this trouble again...he wanted to solve the problem for me ! He was my hero right there and then. We actually changed the 20 year old opener and replaced the springs and the door is so quiet and so smooth in its' operation, I am thrilled. He went above and beyond in his service for me. Call Precision ! Ask for Colton !

He re-attached and reinforced the garage opener where it had separated from the wall, replaced springs and sets of bearings that were not functioning properly. The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was polite and knowledgeable. As this was an accident that the door jumped the track (a broom handle fell into the track as the door was coming down), we knew it wasn’t a warranty issue. The technician provided us with a variety of options and we decided to replace the plastic wheels with the nylon wheels so this should last us a long time. We spent more than we intended, but I think your technician made good suggestions and options for us. He was polite and professional.
