He re-attached and reinforced the garage opener where it had separated from the wall, replaced springs and sets of bearings that were not functioning properly. The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was polite and knowledgeable. As this was an accident that the door jumped the track (a broom handle fell into the track as the door was coming down), we knew it wasn’t a warranty issue. The technician provided us with a variety of options and we decided to replace the plastic wheels with the nylon wheels so this should last us a long time. We spent more than we intended, but I think your technician made good suggestions and options for us. He was polite and professional.

Work done well, put pricing a bit steep. Basically the same job in October 2007 was about $800 less. Didn't discover this until later. I feel we were two seniors trapped in our house by a broken door and taken advantage of. Doubt I would ever call you again.
