I searched companies on the internet and chose the one with the best ratings overall and the best positive reviews and that was Precision! I called to be completely surprised by the fact that they could come look at it that day and then even more surprised when they could arrive even earlier than expected. Bret was the technician that I had the pleasure to meet yesterday. He was polite and explained it all very well. He didn't try to sell anything I didn't need and provided options for me to choose from that best fit my budget too. He even had all the parts to fix it right then. All of it was fixed within 3 hours of the garage door breaking and I am completely satisfied and would recommend Precision to anyone who is looking for a GREAT garage door repair and service company.
