The technician (Chris) came for a tune up on my garage door. I mentioned that it seemed to be making more noise than usual compared to my neighbor's both in opening and closing. He checked the springs, tightened every possible bolt on the opener, and lubricated everything. It may not be whisper quiet but it is much more quiet than it ever was! Very pleased.

I chose Precision because they said, "same day service" on their website. I needed someone to come that day to close my garage door. The wires had come off the roll and would not operate the door. Logan came within 30 minutes of my call to Precision. He closed the door after accessing the situation and gave me the quote to fix the problem. We agreed on a date and time and he arrived at that time. Repairs were made in a timely manner, Logan explained the situation, the bill was paid and he was off on another call.
