Called them at 8am. They scheduled me for noon - 2pm to give me an estimate. Called and asked if they could come 1/2 an hour early (11:30AM). Took a few minutes to do the estimate. Asked how soon he could start. Said, "I have everything I need in the van". Asked how long it would take. Said, "40 minutes". Price was right. Was done in 30 minutes. And door worked and sounds great. So far, very impressed.
