I wish I could give a 6 star rating because we had such a great experience with Precision. Our garage door had been making terrible noises and it sounded like it was on the verge of crashing down every time we used it. Precision was able to send someone over the next day. Josh came and very quickly provided an assessment with a couple of options (and budgets) to repair the garage door. He was incredibly helpful, even helping estimate the life of certain repairs so I could make a more informed decision. He was fast, thorough, and very polite and friendly.

No rating. We used your services before fir bigger jobs and wears not charged the absurdly high price to change a bracket. Services didn’t include any other maintenance like oil rollers. Probably will be the last time we use your services.

I was having an issue with an extremely noisy garage door. Josh, from the Long Beach office came on June 12th, and determined it was the motor, which admittedly is old. Josh returned today, June 14th, and installed the new motor, new sensors and new control panel. What a difference. Josh has impeccable manners, and is truly an asset to Precision Garage Doors. I am extremely pleased with Josh's preformance as well as my quiet garage door.
