After calling num.Jorerous people and getting nothing but answering machines. I finally remembered your commercial and then saw your ad. I called the phone number and amazing A LIVE PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE. There was a technician at my house within two hours. jordan Beltran was here promptly, very polite and very knowledgable. Had our garage door fixed within 1 hour. He put a decal on our wall in the garage so that we have a "go to" number to reach you in the future if needed. I am so impressed with the customer service, the technician. You guys are amazing.
