I purchased an entire new door five years ago for $800. Now I find out that the springs should be replaced even though we do not overuse the door. The springs cost $600 which is almost the cost of the door. I think this is excessive and very disappointed to the point where I will not continue to use Precision Door. As to the installer, he was courteous and professional.

I had a new garage door opener installed. The spring rewrapped. I was very pleased with your Serviceman (Preston) and can not say enough how polite he was and helpful. Also explained all he would do. It was very hot 90 Degrees but he worked very quickly and efficiently. Cleaned everything up and took away old parts. I am very pleased.
