I'm so happy to have my garage door working again! Matt & his partner Chris arrived right on time, they went into the garage and knew what the problem was right away!! They explained the problem to me and what needed to be done to fix it. I appreciated them taking the time to answer all my questions and to even show me how the mechanics of a garage door opener works. That is great customer service in MY book! Thanks Matt & Chris!

3ft. steel cable was hanging down on one side. The cable was rewound onits wheel, fixed the problem. Maybe 1-2 minutes time to rewind. Bill was $300 ?? This was an unfair charge for the work. Very unhappy with the cost of this very minor repair. I will not be having you again or will I ever give a positive recommendation. You are a scam.

Preston called ahead to let me know he was on his way and estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time. He answered several questions I had which I appreciated and also reviewed things to be aware of in the future. He replaced the two door springs and cleaned up in about 90 minutes. I don't know what the cost of the springs is, but I thought the price of $760 was a bit high for spring cost plus 90 minutes labor. I will check other places to try to get what their costs would be so I have a handle on possible future costs and whether to call Precision or an alternate supplier.

After installing door that was ordered that had turned out to have incorrect measurements they immediately ordered another new door with correct measurements and installed it. If not for wrong sized door to start with would give 5 stars instead of 4 !
