I have used your service on previous times and always found your technicians knowing what needs to be done and doing it very well. in particular i want to say how much i enjoyed watching JOSE yesterday while he practically re-did all the parts of getting my door back in good working order, no wasted motion. he knew what needed to be done and did it. I will be requesting JOSE next time i need your service.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday of the Labor Day Weekend (2021). I tried calling my usual garage door service, the ones that initially installed it 28 years ago! I couldn't get a response so tried Precision. They answered the phone and I was able to get a technician, Paul Brinkman, out to my house that day. Paul was punctual, safe (mask, social distancing), and clean (I love when the place looks cleaner *after* someone does work at my house). Paul analyzed the problem and the condition of my door and the opener (old stuff). He gave me a few options on the work ranging from get it working, eeking out a bit more life in the current device, or upgrading to bright and shiny. I picked bright and shiny! The new Lift Master is WiFi enabled, has an app so I can control it from my phone, and the LED lights really light up the garage. So quiet too! This went from an emergency repair to a home upgrade in that one day. I have a new usual garage door service, Precision :)

Mike R called 10 minutes before he arrived and was on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I opened the garage door and closed it and he asked if I had found a bolt on the floor I said yes and gave it to him and he put it where it belonged and tighten it. He said it was his easiest job of the day. Excellent service.

Gabe van Blake came on a Saturday late afternoon to replace a broken garage door spring. He was friendly and very competent and completed the job in less than an hour. I very much appreciated this emergency job because I could not move our cars in and out of the garage on a very hot day. The time between my call to Precision and Gabe's arrival was less than two hours.

Sunday morning and the garage door decided to break. We tried calling our regular guy, but we found out he sold his business. Then we saw an add for Precision in the Yellow Pages, liked what we read, so gave them a call. So glad we did! VERY responsive and accommodating. Excellent customer service. From scheduling the appointment to the end result of new installation of garage door opener.
