I would give Prcision Door Service a 5 in rating. When I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to have the springs repaired on our garage door, the woman called me back right away with an estimate. She was very polite and nice on the phone. The repairman was right on time and very pleasant. Did the repairs in a timely matter and couldn't have asked for a nicer person. Will diffinitly refer Precision Door Service to our family and friends

I called about 10am yesterday and my garage was fixed by 10pm. I love that a human answers the phone 24/7, that they have a dispatch number to find out the ETA and long hours available. Corey was my technician & true to the reviewers who praised him by name, he did not disappoint: friendly, thorough, timely, helpful. I'm not sure what the competition charges but I feel the price was fair, especially considering the product and service. I'll definitely call them when it's time to order a new door.

Your service man, he called himself Mike, was very efficient and business like. He explained the problem, worn out engine and working parts. He replaced all of the out dated parts and explained to me how to operate the new ones.
