I came home Saturday night & my garage door wouldn't open! I thought I was doomed until Monday until I went to YELP & found Precision Door Service!! Not only are they a 24-7 service BUT unlike a plumber or electrician, they don't jack up the prices on a weekend! The technician Jim, explained the 3 plans we could choose from and we upgraded our door with a 5 year guarantee. He completed the work in a timely manner was very friendly and respectful. We are so relieved to have the door in excellent working order and done by a company with a high standard of service excellence. We highly recommend Precision Door Service

Mike was great! We were stranded ! Precision was one of the few companies who would send a tech out today before 2 so that we could get our cars out of the garage and offer us solutions to our problem. Super friendly and efficient, knowledgeable.

This was the third trip to my home from someone from Precision. The man was not friendly...didn't smile or say good morning. He was at my house for no more than 10 minutes and changed nothing. He said that some framework had to be tightened and he didn't do that kind of thing. He did brush a few cobwebs off the light devise. I'm not a young person and thought he was very disrespectful. Not helpful at all.
