Overall a very professional organization. Had 2 other services out to bid and they were both flakey. I was kept informed of the plans/progress by the office. The estimator was very knowledgeable. I have already discussed the minor problems with the GM and he will work on them: 1) the installer did not possess the entire order with special instructions, 2) he did not demonstrate all the control functions saying, "look it up in the manual," and 3) the print in the user manual is very small.

Definitely a 5 star rating. Mike showed up on time (even a little early) I was so glad about that. He went right to work and identified the problems. He had the parts with him in the truck so there was no waiting. When he ran into an additional problem he called it to my attention and asked if I wanted to move ahead with the repairs (which would have been needed in less than 6 months anyway.) I suggested that he go ahead with these new repairs even though it would more than double his original estimate. I was very glad to have this heads up about the new repairs BEFORE he replaced anything. He informed me that the parts were expensive and gave me the complete total for parts before the work was started. I was very happy to have this new repair done also at this time, because he was kind enough to consult me before he did the work. Good move Mike. This made me feel like I was part of the process. When his work was completed, Mike was careful to check out the door, and to replace everything that needed to be moved to complete the repairs. I would hire Precision door service in a heart beat, if further service is needed. I chose Precision door Service because in the yellow pages you advertised that you have 24-hour service and that you took credit cards. Your competitors in the yellow pages that I have, did not list these items. When I called about the service, the polite receptionist told me that as a senior citizen there was a %5 discount. That was the deciding factor for my choice of Precision Door.
