Rodney was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us posted on the problems that he discovered on our garage doors and proposed a reasonable solution & cost to resolve our issues. Rodney was efficient, he finished his work within the time he suggested so that we could plan our schedule accordingly. We would definitely recommend Rodney to our friends/neighbors when they need to repair their garage doors.

He came out 3 hours after I called on a Monday morning to install a new garage door opener. There was a bunch of miscellaneous broken things on the door (hinges, rollers, etc.). So, in addition to the new opener, the door has been "tuned up" and works beautifully. Very easy and pleasant to work with.

He answered my questions. He worked steadily to install the new unit and accessories then quickly went over the operations and answered my questions.

The service provided was great! 5 stars there. They gave me same day service to replace my 4 extension springs for my garage door. Good follow up to the booking. The technician called to give me a time estimate, and then called again as he was nearing my home. Very nice person, and answered all questions that I had. But, then I give 1 star for the pricing of the P728C springs. My fault for not checking the price ranges online, which, after the fact, saw that these extension springs are in the two digit range, each. The pricing I got charged was more in line with torsion springs, which can be five times the price of extension springs. Bottom line, it would have been a great experience were it not for the spring pricing.

I contacted them based on their ad in the Mercury News. I appreciated the timely response....a technician came the same day and addressed my concerns. I appreciate that the company is locally owned and operated. The technician kept in contact and provided me updates on his estimated time of arrival. And, completed the work we agreed upon in a timely manner. The garage door opener was 30 years old. The openers stopped working, but since the opener was so old, replacing the receiver board did not make sense. So, we replaced the opener and how have better lighting in the garage, a quieter motor and remote openers that work!

Joel was amazing. I've never seen someone so passionate about doing exemplary work and exceeding all customer expectations. Joel showed up on time, was extremely cordial and polite, did a great job, then left the work area cleaner than it was when he started. He replaced the broken springs in a jiffy, and then tuned up my garage opener. In the 29 years we've lived in this house, the garage door has never performed so well or sounded so quiet. With an appointment window from 10a-2p, the technician called me at 10:30a giving a 30min ETA. After arriving and an inspection, work began about 11a with an estimate of 3 hours. At 2:30p, the work was done and the technician went over the operations of the new garage door. It was amazing how much quieter the garage door opened and closed - good stuff, indeed!
