I never review a product or service, because every business today asks you to do just that. But this was different ... your technician called within minutes of my inquiry / Chris arrived within 20 minutes / had to make a separate trip to get a part / and returned, spent a couple of hours on Christmas Eve eve (before leaving on vacation) to fix multiple issues with our garage door. Impressive.

What great service! We called at 9:00 am, the technician was at our house by 10:00, and we were up and running by 11:00. The technician (Larry) was friendly and knowledgeable, and very efficient. Today's visit went very well. Erick Parks is a very personable, young man and explained many things about the garage door. He explained about the motor, the springs for the door, and about other garage door motors out there available to me. Erick adjusted the setting on the motor and sprayed the hinges on the door. So far, my garage door is working well and isn't making funny noises anymore. A great, big thank you to Erick! I would rate him a 5 and would definitely call Precision Doors again!

Dennis was great. My garage door was broken with car stuck inside. Made it over the next morning and got it fixed. Super in that he gave me several options on the door and explained all in great depth. The door now works better than ever. I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Yes, we still have an old one piece door. Chris replaced all of the springs. It's too bad that they don't make a better quality spring. But he did a great job. Checked the opener motor and settings. Lubed all parts needed. Thanks Chris!!!
