Fast professional installation, and I can't believe how whisper-quiet my new door and motor are... with my vehicle running, I can't even hear it open or close, even when I'm right under it! One door panel had a factory defect right out of the box (a small dent, about 4 inches long), so the installer put it in the middle to make it easier to replace later.

I had a hung door problem six years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service fixed it. I was impressed with the quality of their service that i have kept my receipt for future reference. Two days ago one of my garage door springs broke and I called Precision door service again. Chelsea, The dispatcher, said the technician will arrive bet 10 to 12 and Robert, the technician, arrived on time. He gave me three estimates and I decided to go with the minimum repair to get my garage door back in operation keeping in mine that I will have some repairs needed in the future. Robert replaced the broken spring and even replaced a bracket free of charge. the job was done in a short time. In my experience the quality of service this company provided is very consistent and impressive- they maintained high quality of their people and their service I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to precision by a family member. On Sunday night my garage door cables wore out. The door was opening uneven. I called precision at 8:55 am on Monday morning and by 11:30 am My garage door was repaired. They replaced the torsion springs and cables, as well as a couple bad rollers and replaced a hinge. The repairmen were neat, clean and professional. I'd definitely use the company again.

This was a simple and satisfying experience from start to finish. Larry Emory was the technician, he did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Absolutely NO pressure to buy anything. I now have a new garage door opener and keypad. Larry also let me know about problems I may have in the future, springs and wheels, my door is over 15 years old. I will call Precision for any work in the future and recommend them highly.

I first phoned Precision for an estimate of a broken garage door spring as I could see it was broken. The girl on the phone was not overly friendly! They didn't want to commit to price but gave me some pricing and said it could be more. I decided to shop around. I called back and made an appointment because they claimed that they had the best springs that would last a lifetime. I also asked again about prices and they in the same range as they gave the first time. When the service tech. Arrived he said it was going to be a lot more than the price given on the phone. I told him that I was told it was going to be a lot less and also that they were more expensive then others. He said they could drop the price some. I don't appreciate being told one thing on the phone, then upon arrival wanting more money! I almost said please leave I will find someone else! That is just wrong!! Also, after the repair, when I told him the door still sounded like it was making noise, he said the hinges needed oiling and they charge another $50. He said that if I yelped in his favor, he would do it for free as he could win a trip to Disney with his family. Incredible!! Just ridiculous!!! First of all, after paying $430 to have a garage door spring replaced yes, $430 to have a garage door spring replace, I should hope a bit of WD40 and 2 minutes, or less, of squeezing a WD40 can is included in the service!! MY God! What has this world come to?? He did get it repaired and was friendly. Would not use precision again!!!

Good Service!!! Technician was courteous and efficient. Repair and replacement of the door spring, rollers and related components were done in a timely manner. After reviewing the Limited Warranty, I need clarification on transfer of ownership. Although the life time warranty is continuous so long as I own the replacement products, a new owner can continue the warranty by paying a transfer fee of $150.00 I did not see nor was it mentioned about the allowable transfer, please clarify. Thanks.
