I purchased from precision and I wanted to have them come out and inspect/service. This inspect and lubricate deal was a great opportunity to insure optimum performance of my door. I found your service on the Internet and called around 12:30 this afternoon. The dispatcher, took our information and quickly assigned our job to a technician. My experience with Precision was great. Ryan came out analyzed the situation and fixed my garage door quickly and for a reasonable price. Ryan was persoable and honest, Did not try to upsell me to a new garage door. The previous company that came out told me that it would cost as much to fix the door as a new door would cost which was not the case. I saved $4k by having precision come ouit

We had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Door Service! We called to have a technician come out to fix a couple of problems with our garage door (wouldn't go all the up or down, wouldn't open or close from cars). Chris Baucom came out the same day & was terrific! He was VERY knowledgeable, gave us his diagnosis & all possible solutions, was thorough & extremely pleasant! Chris did an excellent job with the options we chose (new garage door opener, door servicing, replacing bottom rubber strip). We could not be more pleased with the finished product! Chris was outstanding & Precision was definitely a great choice! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door servicing! 5 star rating for sure!

5 stars. We had a garage door repair. Our service repair person was James. He saw on the work order that we were unable to get out of the garage. He was able to adjust his schedule to come earlier then what was anticipated. He did a great job!! We were very impressed and would highly recommend him and Precision.

Wow what an excellent experience. James, the tech, was here at the promised time. He was extremely friendly and professional. He checked out my door opener and said it needed to be replaced. No surprise there, since it was 14 years old. He explained my options but was pushing any one unit. I chose the 3/4 hp unit over the replacement 1/2 hp one that I had. What a difference! The old unit was a chain drive and very noisy. The new unit is a belt drive and whisper quiet. James explained the operation to me and was gone in about an hour. To top it off, James is a former US Marine and San Diego county sheriff, both of which I thank him for. If you need garage door service, look no further, these are your guys. Thank you Precision for a great experience.

Service experience with Erick was top notch! I would most definitely give him a 5 star rating. He had a complete understanding of the equipment and what it was doing and how to fix it. He had to reprogram the motor and remote openers and now the door opens just fine. His customer service was exceptional (explained it all in detail that was understandable) and I would highly recommend him and Precision Door to any of my friends and neighbors.
