I had a problem (very noisy opener). I called Saturday morning, and there was a technician at my house that afternoon. He diagnosed my problem and answered all of my questions. After the repair was done, he made sure the opener worked with my built-in car opener. It did. Now I have a very quiet door opener. I'm a happy customer!
