It was very convenient to have a technician dispatched on the same day that I called. Chris Moore even arrived a little early. Chris was very professional and courteous. It was obvious that he was experienced as he went about his work to replace my old 25 year old garage door opener. He also performed some repairs to the existing door replacing the springs and rollers. We are very satisfied with our experience with Precision.

I found your service on the Internet and called around 12:30 this afternoon. The dispatcher, took our information and quickly assigned our job to a technician. I feel very fortunate to have seen your ad. Thank you to both Chris Moore and his training partner. Chris Moore, responded to our call for service very quickly. He did a complete inspection of our garage door and the system and provided us with options for repair and replacement. He and his trainee were very polite and considerate. I had a hung door problem six years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service fixed it. I was impressed with the quality of their service that i have kept my receipt for future reference. Two days ago one of my garage door springs broke and I called Precision door service again. Chelsea, The dispatcher, said the technician will arrive bet 10 to 12 and Robert, the technician, arrived on time. He gave me three estimates and I decided to go with the minimum repair to get my garage door back in operation keeping in mine that I will have some repairs needed in the future. Robert replaced the broken spring and even replaced a bracket free of charge. the job was done in a short time. In my experience the quality of service this company provided is very consistent and impressive- they maintained high quality of their people and their service I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Good Service!!! Technician was courteous and efficient. Repair and replacement of the door spring, rollers and related components were done in a timely manner. After reviewing the Limited Warranty, I need clarification on transfer of ownership. Although the life time warranty is continuous so long as I own the replacement products, a new owner can continue the warranty by paying a transfer fee of $150.00 I did not see nor was it mentioned about the allowable transfer, please clarify. Thanks.

My garage door would not close without holding the button down. The service rep found the problem in about 10 minutes, fixed it, op tested it and was on his way. Excellent service with minimum wait.
