I have used Precision Door before and had a positive experience, so gave them a call for a maintenance issue. The dispatcher was congenial and told me they could get a technician to me that afternoon. I heard from the technician, Ryan, right away. Ryan explained the work to be done, my options and provided precise costs for work I requested. He completed work in a timely manner and provided me an invoice for the amount he quoted. He also noted other issues I might consider which I opted to defer at this time. I highly recommend Precision Door and commend their staff.

4/25/2023 I chose Precision because the are a very well known company and I could never get a hold of the Overhead door office in Elk Grove. Precision answered their phone right away and the next day they were here on time and explained everything to me and showed me what parts needed replaced. I appreciated it very much and the worker did the BEST job..I feel like I have a brand new Garage door, it is soo quiet and runs smoother than when I had it put in 16 years ago. I also want to congratulate Brandon for all his hard work and for explaining it to me. He is a very hard worker and he fixed on the same day he came. Ask for BRANDON when you call and you wont be sorry you did. He is the BEST worker I have ever had here at my house and I appreciate him for the job he did!!!

This company is fantastic. I called at 12:30 it is now 2:15 and I have a fixed door. Brandon was amazing! He explained everything in detail and didn’t try to bs me. I got an estimate from another company and the guy insisted that I needed a whole new door for $1500! Brandon was able to fix my door and it is running better than it ever did!
