I called the same day and they sent Mr. Bill who was great. My garage door was making a strange noise. He immediately found the issue which was a broken hinge. Fixed it right away. Didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. This is the second time I have used this company. I highly recommend them.

I was happy when Bill called to say he was on his way. It allowed me to mentally prepare for the visit. Sometimes when the doorbell rings for a service call, I have to drop what I'm doing and it feels disruptive. He was quick and efficient in his work and took the time from the get-go to ask about the history of the door, and then took a look at all the parts, rather than just doing what was obviously needed (a spring was broken). He gave me options and didn't pressure me into the higher priced service, which I appreciate. I felt good with my choice. Bill was clean, neat and efficient. I'd be happy to have him back.

Although the price to replace the opener was a lot higher than I anticipated, I agreed to have the work done. I give the technician, Jose, 5 stars as he was very helpful and professional. He programmed my car too. He finished when he said he would and left my garage just as clean as when he arrived. I will recommend Precision door to anyone who needs work on their garage door. I just give four stars because of the price to replace the opener.

Mike Napolitano just left our home. I was very impressed with his HONEST APPROACH. Instead of charging me a couple hundred dollars for nothing, he showed me in detail what I would need to do to get our door fixed. I appreciate his honesty. We will call him to replace our doors in the very near future! Clean, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, honest!!!!

Outstanding service! Within 30 minutes of calling, I had the tech, Jose, calling me to tell me he was on his way. He arrived 30 minutes later and promptly fixed the door. He was very courteous and professional, an obvious master at his trade. Garage springs shouldn't be messed with unless you are a pro, and if you need a pro, these results the guys!

I HAD A METAL PART THAT HOLDS THE DOOR PIECES TOGETHER, COME APART. THE TECH REMOVED TWO BROKEN RIBETS AND INSTALLED TWO SCREWS. FOR THAT I WAS CHARGED A TOTAL OF $114.00. IT IS SIMPLY RIDICULOUS. I PAID, BUT I SURELY WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN

Hi, Thanks to you & your crew. My garage door opener, was too loud to talk over. When Jose Perea called prior to arrival & then arrived on time, I had a good feeling. Although I only called for a motor, Jose inspected the entire door. The rollers, hinge points, door balance and proper seal were all checked. Our garage door was fine. We only needed the opener. Your service Rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Jose was the service rep I had hoped to get. Again good job & Thank You.
