It was a very pleasant experience to have Precision Door Service install a new motor and electric eye sensor. Jose, the technician and supervisor was courteous and really knew exactly what to do. He showed expertise and explained everything what was needed with patience and respect to me as a customer and also showed me a number of plans available. After he finished with the job he left with my garage clean and with a door that was operating smoothly and quietly. I hope I get Jose for any future maintenance.

Just going over our invoice. Repairman got here at 2pm and finished at 4:30 and charged $250:00 labor. Thats $100 an hour. Pretty steep i"d say. My Cardiologist is as cheap. I purchase new track rollers at $4.25 each but he uses new ones at $20.00 each. Probably much better but do think he should have asked first as to which ones i wanted to install. Bill came to $950.00 while my neighbor got a brand new door installed for $999.00. But what can you do after he has it installed already.

We Hoffman's have called on Precision several times for maintaining and repairing the garage door. It now needs replacing and this company does that as well or better than most I believe. I've lived in Riverside County 45 years and each time these maintenance technicians kept it running. They do their best, it's simply obvious by the work ethic and instructions given. The office staff are pleasant and helpful too. We are loyal customers for sure and recommend Precision as heads above the others.

Arrived on time and ready to do the work. Same tech as had 2 years before who did a very good job then and his work has only improved. Serviced, inspected and adjusted the door as required for a great fit at the bottom. Also the door now sounds great moving in both directions. The tech also lubed the door and tract assembly. I am very pleased with the work performed and I told the tech I will see him again in 2 years.

Not satisfied with follow up from salesman, Dean after the sale!! Have not seen or talked to him after order was placed? Had and still have questions about my new door, have called his cell phone and left messages, with no response!! Installer was great, but communication within the company is lacking considerably!!

Jordan Greene performed the repairs on our garage door today. I give him & your company a 5 Star rating. He called before he came over giving me an approx. time of his arrival. He arrived shortly after & asked several questions about my door. He then went right to work replacing the worn out parts. He had all the right tools & the knowledge to complete the job. I liked your ad in our phone directory because you not only offered same day service, but where licensed, bonded & insured. You also displayed the BBB emblem. Our garage door is old & no doubt will have to be replaced in time. But the main thing is it opens & closes for now. Thank you!!

I had Precision come out on Thursday 7/21/16 for an estimate on a garage door and Mike Napolitano gave me exactly what I wanted with good explanations on the quality of Precision doors. he was very informative and answered every questions I asked. He got my door ready for installation on Saturday 7/23/16. Also the installer Adan Gonzales did an awesome job installing my garage door. He knew exactly what had to be done and he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I like the idea of Precision calls you ahead and informs you who is coming to help you followed up with a picture of the employee coming to your house. I hope Precision makes a photo available of Mr. Gonzales very soon. Excellent job from Precision!
