Brandon was able to answer most of my questions at his best regarding installation of the new garage door, etc. He was candid and did not refrain or madeup excuses to appease me as the customer. He informed me that the upgraded hardware package was still not available and to keep in contact with customer service, Olga, when the package would be available and schedule a service technician to upgrade hardware per original agreement/invoice. I am a repeat customer for a reason: this entire process is so quick and easy. Call for an appointment Friday afternoon, Eric Steven’s arrives on Saturday at 8:30am, diagnoses the problem, offers three different solutions, and completed a repair by 9:30am. Plus, Eric gave us a great deal on a brand new door and motor that we couldn’t pass up! Great job Eric, thank you for your help and expertise!

The door was well done and the installer did a great job. However, the windows we ordered were not included in the original installation. We had to call several times to get the manager to contact us and have the technician install them. Not good customer service from the front office.

Awesome experience! Everyone I called, wouldn’t come out to do an estimate. They all said, just book and we’ll come out sight unseen. Precision scheduled a technician within 5 minute on the phone with a 2 hrs window for a FREE estimate to give me options, and did the job within a hour of reviewing with me my options. Excellent.

We got a call from our new tenants that the garage door was sticking half way up. Never heard that one so after inspecting it myself I called Precision and they scheduled the same day service to address the problem. They called on their way and after discussing the options with me upon arrival, they "Lubed and Tuned" the stuck system and got it up & running within an hour. Really great service, Thanks..

Wow, I can't believe I wanted so long to fix and update my garage door! Noah was so on time, he was early. Noah was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Our old garage was noisy and needed new rollers (I thought) but a rebuild kit was what we needed - Precision provides a 10 year warranty and our ‘newly’ improved garage door is whisper quiet! All the old parts were removed, replaced, and hauled away within 1 hour! Best call I ever made :-)

When I called to get a quote and make an appointment, I was told on the phone that their price per spring is $99 to $149. That is $149 per spring is the most expensive product that they have for spring replacement. When the technician Eric came the next day, he has totally different numbers for me. I knew that it was an upsell but since I needed my garage to be fixed, I went ahead and got it done. We, better luck next time.

Josh repaired and installed a door opener for my garage. He took my 20 year old door and upgrated with the latest parts and equipment.
