Lenin was very knowledgeable about the wood and steel garage doors and quickly gave me a quote for each. Lenin was also extremely polite and respectful. From the moment Cameron answered the phone to when Raul showed up at our house. This was a 5 star service. Both of them were polite and professional. Raul was on time and kind and very knowledgeable. Offered to do the work same day which was faster than other bids we had collected. We had a quote for less, but ultimately decided to go through with the repair because it could be done same day. I have used precision in the past and will continue. Please keep up the great work and professional attitudes! To us it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Precision is on the ball. Our garage door spring broke and Precision scheduled technician, Eric Stevens for the following morning at 8am--with a 3 hour window. He showed up at 845am, replaced the springs and worn rollers, and was done in an hour. Very professional and timely.

I had Zack a week or so back when my opener didn't work. I felt silly that it was only a new battery but he didn't make me feel silly. Zack came to my townhouse for routine maintenace on my garage door opener. Before he began work, he fully explained what he was going to do and then after he was done, he walked me through and showed every part he had worked on. Eddie Montoya was my technician. I was having issue with my garage door linkibg with my remotes and sensor lights. Eddie explained to me the possible issues. Eddie did a step by step trouble shoot to determine the issue. Needless to say, I was impressed. He took his time and eliminated all possible issues. At the end, Eddie had my system working. Our very heavy double garage door was performing erratically. Sometimes it open and then close or close and then open. Rich, our Precision technician rapidly diagnosed the issues, showed me the weaknesses in the door including the fact that it would not retract when it confronted an obstacle. It was clearly very dangerous. He gave me three solutions with a price for each. I gave him carte blanc to do whatever it took to fix. He solved the issues with the least expensive option. He was competent, courteous and honest. I give him and Precision my highest rating.
