One side mainspring broken - discovered Saturday morning (9:30). Called Precision Door. It was fixed by 1:00 in the afternoon! Unbelievable! Armondo was your man who installed new springs, wheels, and support brackets. Wonderful man! Expert at his craft - skill. I will gladly recommend your company to others!

Alfredo was punctual, professional and polite. He quickly fixed my issue and did not try to sell me anything extra. I've utilized two other local garage door companies for other issues. Based on my experience, from making the appointment all the way through completion of the job, I am thoroughly satisfied with Precision. Precision will be the only garage door service center that I use from now on.

Placed call last night, was immediately scheduled for AM service - between 8 and Noon. I appreciated the service representative call to indicate i was third on the list...estimated time of arrival would be closer to 11:30. This allowed me to go to office, instead of wasting time at home. Armondo was professional and effecient...he answered questions...fixed the problem. Although service repair and parts were rather expensive...it was not surprising given our current economic climate.

He was very professional and advised me of all work and costs before starting the work and completed it within a few hours.
