Shawn showed up within hours of my call and repaired our garage door in a very short time. Best of all, he was knowledgeable, personable and the price he charged was fair. This all happened after I mistakenly called another online garage door company that tried to fleece me on the repair work and quoted me twice as much as what Shawn did to repair my garage door. Do yourself a favor: call Precision Garage Door first so you don't have to deal with scammers who will lie to you and tell you things are broken that are not. I trust Shawn now and would recommend him to anyone.

Analyzed and replaced existing garage door opener. James was on time, courteous and got to business immediately. When finished he showed me how the new system worked. The price may seem to be a little expensive but the cost of the opener and two hours of someone's time to have it installed properly certainly made up for the cost in my eyes.

We had an unusual situation as a friend was house sitting when the garage door failed to open for her. I made an appointment and Kevork called when he was 30 minutes away so house sitter could meet him there. Kevork was able to open the door and replace the motor while discussing the situation with me over the phone. A great job completed in a timely manner.
