Got a problem with the door control...not working. Jacob , the technician showed up on time on a rainy day. He thoroughly checked on it & found out that it was the staple hitting the wire that was causing the problem to short circuited...instead of just relocating the staple , he replaced the old wire with a new one & the door control is back to its normal operation. Didn't pay a penny cuz it's still under warranty. Thanks to Jacob for a job well done & of course to the company for training your employees in an excellent professional way !!!

Our old garage door opener circuit board burnt out and garage door would not open. We called at 9am on a busy holiday Sunday and the serviceman showed up within 3 hours. 2 hours later we had a new quiet Liftmaster opener. Armando B. Was the service technician and installed it quickly and explained everything very thoroughly. This is the 3rd time we have used Precision and each time service was excellent!!!
