Tech called giving me his arrival time then did not follow through. When I questioned him about it later he said he didn’t get a call back so he went ahead and did another job. No apology, lame explanation. Asked for cost saving solutions- none given. Told me new panels could not be purchased for this age door.

The installer did a great job and because his previous jobs took longer the planned it was late when he arrived but he stayed and did the replacement which I appreciated as I could not open the door as I am 86 years young. I very much appreciate his completing the work.
