My garage door wouldn't open and I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning and I would need my car that is parked inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door Repair Service (l'm a 2nd time customer) but all their techs are already booked for today . I explained my dire situation in the "Chat" and I was told that if/when a tech on the field becomes available, I will get a call. And I did get a call from Russ, who came to my rescue! He assessed the problem and fixed it. He is highly recommended! Thank you, Russ!
