Service, from start to finish was great. You get a human on the phone, a tech who calls to confirm appointment and again when he is leaving for you. Was professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Parts were all carried on his truck so no waiting to star getting job done. Would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door. (Sure wish they could work on my refrigerator!)

The opener was installed great and professional service in removing old opener and installing new one which is very quiet (Linear brand) compared to Liftmaster. The installer Russ was on time to assess that my 18 year old opener needed replacement. Russ was neat and clean and checked all areas of the door system for safety. Good job Russ!

A little pricey on the springs, although it did include installation (30-min). Installer did a great job (5 stars). Quick, pleasant, polite and efficient. Called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Props for service.

This is our second service performed by Precision Doors and was a follow-up Annual Maintenance service. Technician Russ Trumpy called ahead and arrived an hour early. Russ checked every aspect of the garage door, performed a tune-up, complete lubrication and did minor adjustments. Russ is professional and efficient. Russ explained everything necessary and was very helpful. I appreciate Precision Doors excellent service from the initial phone call to the email we received after the job was completed. I highly recommend both Russ Trumpy and Precision Doors.

Precision Door installed our new garage opener in June 2013. Several months later, we had a power outage and when we pulled the release lever it broke,. We tied it back together and anytime we have a power outage, we have the same problem. The cord to the release lever kept breaking. This time, we called for service (the cord gets shorter and shorter each time it breaks) and asked for a new replacement cord. we were told by the technician, that there was no such replacement part and all we could keep doing was tying it together and get on a ladder, using a screwdriver to release the lever. We feel that you should either replace the cord or replace the unit. The technician told us that this was a design flaw in the unit and he has seen this happen several times. We paid $750.00 for this garage door opener, getting the top of the line(we were told) and we expect you to have the parts to replace the cord or make good on your product and replace the entire unit at your cost. We also had the top of our key pad outside the garage break off and was told the same thing by your technician: that there were no repacement part for that item either and that we would have to replace the entire unit. Again, you have failed us. Either you should replace parts or the units. We are very disatisfied with your products.
