I called because your company did work for me before. A spring replacement. This time it was the opener and James concurred I needed a new one. I asked if they had one on the truck, they did and so I approved the cost and he and Gavin did an excellent job on the install and programmed all of our devices for us in a short time. I hope those two guys work there forever in case We need them again.

Called this company because my garage door won’t open. Sheridan showed up and said needed to replace two springs and the bearings and rapidly quoted $1850.0 for the job. He said it would take an hour or two to do it. I told him I needed to think about it and if he could at least open the garage door so I could get my car out,but he said he can’t open the door without doing the repairs,which I don’t think it’s the case. So he was fast in giving me a receipt for the 5 minute visit:$69.95 Very unprofessional person. Wouldn’t use this company at all

i just had these guys come out. The person was not helpful. I explained the issue and he proceeded to say I needed a whole new springs etc. at a cost of $2600. It was nothing but a electrical issue. He then stated I owed a service fee that wasn't told about when I made the reservation. Really bad experience.
