A sewer line was being installed and the garage door hit it. The door hit it and the door went off the track. It was a mess. The technician came out the next morning, which was a Sunday. He was able to fix it in less than a half hour. I told him, he was my hero.

Really impessive performance. I called on Sunday (!) around 10 AM and Nathaniel from Precision was there by 12:30 PM. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, tried to repair the existing opener. It was beyond repair, and I could hardly believe he could install a brand new opener and chain within two hours. It was at our daughter's house in Concord. She is disabled and we wanted her to be able to park her car in the garage instead of on the street as she had been doing since the opener had not been functioning. We would recommend Precison absolutely!

After returning from a quick trip to pick up a pizza on a Sunday evening, I discovered that our garage door spring had broken. Serendipitously, a Precision truck just happened to be parked in front of our house, as Paul was taking advantage of a shade tree to work on the paperwork from a previous job. I approached him and asked if he had the time and materials to help with the broken spring. He worked up an estimate that I agreed to, and set to work at once, replacing the spring (with two), cables, and rollers. While the cost was higher than I'd like (what isn't?), it's hard to put a price on getting something fixed within a couple hours of the problem occurring. I am also surprised at how much quieter the door is.

Nathaniel arrived at my home checking my garage door over. He explained how he could help. I had the springs replaced and the lift system was replaced frozen motor. Also the end roller’s cable were replaced. He did a great job and explained all the new things that were installed.

I was having trouble opening my garage door from the inside of my car. I assumed that my battery in my hand control was not working so I opened it up, put in a new battery and had no results. I called Precision and they came to my house, inspected my OLD DOOR opener and told me that it was not working. We then talked about the problem and I decided to put in a new opened. The young man went to work and did a wonderful job, cleaned up after finishing the work and politely THANKED ME.

The garage door opener failure was unexpected. We called Precision late in the day but were told Mr. Brinkman would come in the evening. My daughter conferred with him every step of the way. Note: more than springs replaced but that option is missing. Mr. Leahy was an outstanding repairman. Not only did he know how to analyze my problem he was able, and willing, to communicate clearly the problem and solution to me. After the repair was done he made certain that I saw parts that represented the issues he had noted. While I did not observe him throughout his job, whenever I did appear he was working diligently and safely. I believe I noted the door being made secure at one point to assure his own safety.
