Overall I am happy with the service I was given , the employee was professional and did a good job. The only reason why I’m not given a five star rating is because I thought the cost was a bit pricey. But when you have to do it you got no choice.

I called on a Saturday for repair service. Call taker was friendly and assisted me in same day service. Jose arrived at the promised time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and carefully listened to my door problem description. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a crack in one door panel the let that panel sag down, causing undue strain and noise when closing the door. He offered two types of remedy and prices. I chose to have him install a 16' cross brace. He did that repair in a short time.. He also diagnosed the opening problem with a remote as being caused by an LED light bulb that I had recently installed. He then noticed that my door's roller bearing wheels were old and worn. He installed a new set of nylon wheel bearings. The repair job and upgrade work was satisfactorily in a very short time. He asked if I had any questions or concerns before he finalized my repair bill. I am extremely happy with Precision Door Co and the work their technician did for me.

I called a few opener repair companies and chose Precision because of reasonable service fee and came to the house the very next day instead of a week from other businesses. Jose was considerate and explained, clearly, whatever my concerns were. I will call them in the future for garage door/opener service and do recommend Precision.

Zodiac was very mannered kind and understanding. He inspected everything that we had and suggested what needed to be done. An overhaul which he said our springs and bar were so bad that we’re lucky they didn’t break because they were rusted. He was very professional and knew his job well. We are so very pleased with him. Zodiac did a great job he does though his job. He explained everything to do you know what he was doing. We saw your commercial on TV and we looked you up online and was happy you were in Bakersfield. Thank you so very much we are so happy with our service.

Precision has a hellava good reputation in Bakersfield. I looked around for other places that might be this or that but when it came down to it, Precision has it al…. Efficient front desk, knowledgeable staff, great technicians, quality materials and parts, and the work and care put into the work, the product and customer service, wow, I’m blown away. You guys really are the best in town. Thank you very much. I totally recommend this company to anyone who reads this and is unsure about who to go with. Really nice kid, did an excellent job. We had a few laughs as the motor on the opener quit while he was trying to repair it. Loud bang and lots of smoke. We did not expect that to happen!

Tech was friendly - was dismayed that tech did not have springs on truck as tv advertising infers and tech had to return after securing proper parts - also recieved e-mail with copy of safety inspection that infers that it was reviewed with me - it was not - feel like someone is playing fast & loose here

Like the workers, did the work in a timely manner, but I think I got over charged, 1980.00 for a garage motor and installation. Seems kinda of expensive....
