Great customer service by Isak Zenkic during the repair of our garage door opener that was not functioning properly. Isak conducted assessment and determined that the circuit board of was the problem and he replaced it. Isak was very thorough and provided an explanation doing the replacement of the garage door opener circuit board. He also adjusted the garage door spring to ensure the door opened and closed smoothly. Finally, he synced the garage door opener to all our vehicles. Isak was truly professional and very knowledgeable concerning the garage door opener repair I would truly recommend Isak to anyone based on his customer service, knowledge and professionalism.

I gave this company 1 star because there wasn't a "0" ! This place was going charge me 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT TO CHANGE A GARAGE DOOR SPRING !!! I found another company to do the job for literally for 1/3 the amount. Go elsewhere...

I called at 7:15 am, and a Tech was there by 8:10! Bryce did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. He cleaned up his stuff, and was done in a little over an hour. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness - even to my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him! Precision will be my go to door repair going forward!

On a Sunday morning I found that I was trapped by my garage door. I phoned Precision and the lady that answered was pleasant, helpful and very informative. She scheduled me an appointment for between 2 and 6. Around 11:30 or 12 the service tech showed up and was professional, knowledgeable , explained what was needed, answered all my questioned and completed the job in around an hour. I highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door needs. An added bonus is that the work comes with a 10 year warranty.

Classic bait and switch, quoted $200-300 via phone. Tech arrived and said it'll be $760 for a single spring repair. When I said no thanks, I'll call a different company, they wanted to charge me for coming out and doing a safety inspection. What a joke, beware of bait and switch scams. Terrible company, needs to be investigated by inside edition.

I saw ads on TV and on the side of trucks that said 24/7 service. That was the primary reason I chose this company. However, I had to wait a day for my appointment. No a big deal. A tech arrived in the morning and promptly fixed my garage door while giving me three options of repair/replacement.
